The only way (currently) to use the AntCompiler is to remove the
jasper-compiler-jdt.jar and install ant.jar and ant-launcher.jar instead.

現状、コンパイラ切り替え、構成変更が必要かも。

どうりで、コンパイラ変えて時間比較しても変わらないはずだ。。。
うーむ。JDT使えってことかな。
